I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I found Jen using a recommendation from someone who had the same service (and I was able to see their results) so I felt like i was in good hands, and I was! As others have already said, she is a stickler for details AND making sure that she is meeting your expectations. She is very thorough in her explanations and listens to any and all questions (no matter how dumb!). My gray-haired eyebrows make me look 10 years younger now that they are darker and fuller. Thanks to Le Bel Art! Oh, and the salon is immaculately clean too!
